How fast is your armed response?
Our typical response time is 7–10 minutes within our coverage zones. Actual times depend on traffic, weather and location, and we never stop until an officer is on site.
Can you take over my existing alarm?
Yes. Most modern alarm panels can be taken over. A technician checks your system, reprograms it to report to our control room and recommends any repairs before you switch. Takeovers start from R150 per month for homes and R199 per month for businesses.
Will my monthly fee increase?
No. Our price promise means the monthly fee you sign up at is fixed for life — no annual increases. Ts & Cs apply.

Phoenix, Umhlanga, La Lucia, Berea, Glenwood & Davenport, Bayhead and Mobeni. Check your address.
What happens during load shedding or power outages?
Alarm panels run on battery backup. Our control room is alerted to low-battery and AC-fail signals so we can let you know before your system goes offline.
