These terms apply to the use of this website and to the pricing and specials advertised on it and on our social media. Your service agreement with Warrior contains the full terms of your service and takes precedence over this summary.

1. Pricing

All prices are “from” prices, quoted per month in South African Rand, and apply within our coverage areas.
Alarm takeover prices assume a working alarm system that can be reprogrammed to report to our control room. Repairs or additional equipment are quoted separately.
Pay-monthly CCTV packages require a refundable deposit (R2 000 for 4-channel, R3 000 for 8-channel) and are subject to a signed agreement.
Specials may be withdrawn or changed at any time and are subject to availability.

2. Price promise (“fixed for life”)

Your monthly monitoring and response fee will not increase for as long as you remain an active client on the same plan and property, subject to your service agreement. Changes to your plan, equipment or address may be quoted separately.

3. Response times

Stated response times (7–10 minutes) are typical targets within our coverage zones, not guarantees. Response may be affected by traffic, weather, road conditions, access to the property and other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Recruitment and polygraph

The R300 pre-employment polygraph is a screening service. Passing a polygraph does not guarantee employment or placement.

5. Website use

Information on this website is provided in good faith for general information. We aim to keep it accurate but do not warrant that it is complete or current. Images of adverts are illustrative.
