Induction & training
Recruitment is where training starts.
Selection is followed by induction programmes that may include basic training procedures, first aid and firefighting, plus extensive instruction before an officer starts a new assignment.
Through our training school we provide site-specific instructions and standard operating procedures, with follow-ups on site. Regular refresher training keeps every officer up to date with the latest security risks and solutions.

Do I need to be PSiRA-registered?
Yes. You must be PSiRA graded. Bring proof of your grade when you come in.
What does the polygraph cost and where is it done?
The pre-employment honesty screening polygraph costs R300 and is done at the Iqhawe office, 15 Shaleclay Close, Phoenix.
When can I come in?
Bookings are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Please WhatsApp or call to book a time first.
What should I bring?
Your updated CV, PSiRA grade certificate and proof of residence.
Does passing the polygraph guarantee me a job?
No — but it shows employers you’re honest and trustworthy, which puts you a cut above other applicants for the positions we recruit for.
